Can an AI agent start replying to a customer with no disclosure that it is AI?
Why it matters. A customer who believes they are talking to a person is owed a correction the moment that stops being true — both as a matter of basic honesty and, in a growing number of jurisdictions, as a matter of law. The mechanical test: is there a code path where an AI session begins with nothing shown to the customer first?
How Automix answers it. No — an AI agent session cannot be created without a disclosure the customer sees. Handing off to a person is immediate and idempotent, and it marks the conversation operator-handled so the bot stops replying — asking for a human twice does not queue two people.
